Let’s help you speed up your Rates Clearance Certificate

T & C s

What do we do exactly?

We go to the specific department to question on your behalf, about your concern.

We either get the problem solved or we are given details from the department on how to proceed.

What if my case can’t be solved with one visit?

Feedback is given once contact has been made, via e mail. We will let you know what needs to be done and give you a cost estimate should your case become more complex.  You, the client then confirms if Rates Chase can proceed or not.

Pricing

Initial enquiry fee is R300. Should you wish to use our services, we will send you a Pro-Forma invoice.

Payment in full is required before any work will commence. All communications and correspondence (phone calls/e-mails) are included in the initial fee of R300.

Reference for payment must be invoice no. and clients name. (Please send proof of payment to: info@rateschase.co.za)

If your matter requires us to approach another department or contact another person who is not in the same location, or the contact person is not present at the time we are there to address the matter, an additional  fee of R200 will apply.

Every location seen after will incur an additional fee of R200.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you choose to discontinue our services, all information, documents etc will behanded over to the client to proceed with their matter on their own accord.

If the relevant persons are not in, or are out of office that day, a fee of R200 will be charged.

Balance may be credited or added onto next query should your case be a bit more complicated.

Feedback is given 24 – 48hrs upon receipt of funds, unless payment falls on a Public holiday or a weekend.

For matters concerning banks or similar organisations, a Power of Attorney form will need to be completed in order for us to enquire on your behalf.
