I had the opportunity to work for one of the larger estate agencies in KZN and soon made my way to the conveyancing side where I spent just over 4 years.
While in the industry I discovered how important the need is to follow up your queries with the municipality as these delays add more pressure and often leave one feeling “LOST “ to what is transpiring in the sale of your property. During my time at the conveyancing firm I spent many a day following up at the rates department and soon realized the importance of physically going there and how situations can change without anyone knowing.
